Vice President

Job Description : M / VP - APAC (Based in SINGAPORE, BANGKOK or HONG KONG) for a GLOBAL FMCG MNC. A highly autonomous role with full P&L responsibility for the APAC region, reporting directly into Europe. You will develop and deliver the annual business plan, GTM strategy with the distributor partners and develop country sales strategies across the region to drive significant growth. You will also build and develop a high performing team across the region. You will be a strong leader, highly driven and possess a strong blend of operational hands-on experience and strategic vision. You MUST have a minimum of 15+ years FMCG / Consumer Goods related commercial experience and at least 5+ years regional experience, leading a FMCG / Consumer Goods business across APAC.
