Job Description : Managing Director, Food & Beverage (F&B) QSR - Cambodia • Respected Market-Leader • Senior Leadership Position • Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia The Company The company is a growing, progressive and innovative Cambodia conglomerate with several core lines of business. The Position This is a fabulous opportunity to make a positive impact within a well-respected Group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the appointed individual will drive the growth of pre-existing established Food & Beverage outlets and its appointed internationally-branded food and beverage franchise agreement. The role will enjoy full P&L management whilst looking to establish a nationwide footprint across Cambodia. As such, the successful individual will lead and manage all elements of the F&B business whilst establishing and meeting expansion targets, championing continuous improvement of the customer proposition, creating synergy between operations and sales performance targets and ensuring consistency of brand standards. In short, the role will drive store expansion, sales performance, brand positioning, customer experience and the development of strong Franchise Partner relationships whilst concurrently leading and motivating a team. The Person at least 10 years' senior-level F&B leadership experience (MD or General Manager) complemented by P&L accountability and multi-territory/site responsibility ideally gained within a multinational, branded F&B business. In addition, the successful candidate will have proven ability to lead and motivate multi-functional teams to deliver high performance whilst also offering expertise in building relationships with Franchise Partners. Ideally, interested candidates will also offer a record of new concept development and roll-out. There is a high expectation that the successful candidate will offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills complete with a strong ability to influence.
