Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES Role Based in Clark, Philippines The Company The organisation is a dynamic, market-leading food services manufacturer and solutions provider operating for close to 100 years. To actively support a commitment toward succession-planning, it now seeks a seasoned Financial Controller or Finance Director to lead the Philippines finance team. The Position Reporting to both a Managing Director and Finance Director in Europe, the successfully appointed individual will oversee the financial operations of the business and ensure financial reports are in compliance with the financial regulations. Responsibility will extend to plant operations whilst ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements, compliance with internal financial and accounting policies, cost accounting and the maintenance of financial records. The Person To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 18 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You must have a solid experience in cost accounting with the ability to understand, analyze and align financial transactions and operational data. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as there will be frequent communication with counterparts around Asia Pacific and Europe.
