Job Description : Project Development & Specification Manager Location: Dubai Salary: AED 22,000 per month Experience: 10 Years Our client, one the leading Property Developers based in Dubai, is looking to hire a Project Development & Specification Manager. Candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage all construction projects from beginning to delivery, liaise with the client and consultant, prepare monthly progress reports and cost reports. Candidate should be resourceful, able to work independently with great initiative and have a high level of integrity. Candidates must have BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field. Minimum 10 years of total experience in the construction industry in both interiors and civil works with at least 3 – 5 years in a senior role. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
