Job Description : Chief Financial Officer [Private Equity & Fund Raising NIGERIA Location: ABUJA Sector: Power (Solar) I am particularly interested in a senior executive that will be responsible for managing the finance of the company which involves analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions, someone well experienced in Private equity and Fund raising. Qualification and Experience · MBA or MSc in Finance or related field from a reputable institution. · Professional Accounting certification including minimum of CFA (Investment grade certification) preferred, ICAN ACCA. · Minimum 5 years in a senior financial managerial position. Experience in the Energy (Oil & Gas) Power sector is advantageous. · Knowledge of Fund raising, Private equity and Investment banking is desirous.
