15 yearsJob Description : GM DUBAI FOR POLYMER TRADING Responsible for growing and driving the Polymer Trading business in assigned territories. Execute all client work awarded to the business with excellence, to enhancing the company’s reputation with clients. Identify strategic products which have better margins in the markets and implement ways to achieve sales. Responsible for GP of Plastics Trading & Distribution Business in the assigned territories. Deliver predictable profitable revenue growth by providing accurate forecasts in a timely manner and hitting agreed revenue and margin targets for the business. Responsible for growing and driving the strategic suppliers business in the assigned territories. Identify new suppliers and assist in securing regular volumes from them. Achieve Sales Targets for Strategic suppliers. Responsible for New SKU’s/ Products to be added year on year basis. Ensure maximization of Free Cash flow by reduced ageing debtors and increasing creditor tenors. Identify strategic products which have better margins in the markets and implement ways to achieve sales. Creating Strong relationships with the suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. Responsible for sourcing goods, materials and solutions at competitive prices and advising the team on which suppliers to contract with. Identify new suppliers and assist in securing regular volumes from them. Drive the sourcing team to assist the organization in effecting more efficient sourcing processes to save cost and maximize profitability. Responsible for implementing inventory optimization strategy within the organization. Responsible for driving and managing strategic suppliers. Overlooking the Distribution business to get the best yield for the company/group. Team Management Developing a capable team in the interest of long-term sustainability, whilst maintaining a strong performance culture to help achieve the desired business goals. Drive the business with care, by knowing and caring about all the people and activities within the team, and proactively fixing issues before they become problems. Drive the Learning and Growth Objective: Attrition Management, Key Talent Retention, Need-based training and performance reviews. Candidate Profile Age Bracket: 42-48 years Qualification: Science Graduate/Degree Engineers/MBA Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in sales and sourcing of Polymers Products, Petrochemicals would be preferred.
