Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Chemical Business INDIA Chief Executive Office would be a Highest-Ranking individual in the Organization. He would be Responsible for the Overall Success of a new Business entity & for Making Top-level Managerial Decisions. Responsibility Includes Creating a New Business Through Wise Business & Investment Decisions, Product Selection & Implement the Corporate Strategy after the Approval of the Board. The Chemical Business Would be in Business Segment of Specialty/Fine Chemicals, Agrochemicals/ Bulk Chemicals. Roles and Responsibilities: • Creating and Implementing the Organization's Vision and Mission. • Responsible for Setting the Project & Building Leadership Team. • Planning & leading long-Term Strategies, Creating Shareholder Value though Business Growth & Profitability. • Responsible for Project & Manufacturing Operations and Lead other Functions of the Organisation. • Communicating on Behalf of the Company, with Shareholders, Government Entities, & the Public. • Leading the Development of the Company's Short & long-Term Strategy. • Maintaining Awareness of the Competitive Market landscape, Expansion Opportunities, Growth/Diversification etc. • Risks Assessment to the Company & ensuring they are Monitored and Minimized. • Setting Strategic Goals and Making Sure they are Measurable & Achievable. • Lead, Motivate & Manage the Team of Professionals. The Incumbent Should be Primarily from the Manufacturing Background in Chemical Organisations and Capable to lead / Manage P&L Responsibilities. He should be a Chemical Engineer with Additional Qualification in Management with about 25 years of Experience in a System Driven Organisation.
