National Sales Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : NSM TANZANIA · To ensure that the Sales team achieve primary sales volume targets for each of organization’s Products, to Key Distributors, each month, as per the Sales Target. · To ensure that Secondary Sales – Uplifting targets by Regional Sales Agents are also met, as per the Sales Target. · To ensure that the collection of sales credits (if there is any) resulting from sales to approved and qualified Key Distributors is collected and banked within the days set by the organization. · Uplifting of product from the approved KD’s to Wholesalers and Retailers. · Appointing and confirming the appropriate strong Key Distributors across all zones and maintain a close and responsive relationship with each KD nationally to ensure that the KD meets his monthly targets through ordering organization's products as per their contractual obligations. · To develop appropriate Key Distributor product management programmes with each Head of Zonal Sales (HoZS) and ensure that it is adequately executed, together with each KD owner, to maximize sales of all products. · To monitor each of the HoZS and Regional Sales agents, and report daily, weekly and monthly on the primary sales and uplifting sales that they do – measured against each sales person’s targets, including reporting on what the competition is doing. · To ensure that KD’s have sufficient products on hand at all times to meet targets, and must place orders within time for new requests of products to be made to KD’s. · To improve brand visibility of organization’s products in all outlets through proper positioning of stock and POS devices. · To ensure that external brand visibility in outlets is optimal and better than the opposition product. · To request for marketing materials and support for activations and radio by putting together a comprehensive plan of what such marketing would achieve. Requirements · Bachelor's degree equivalent International degree in Sales or Marketing, Business or Commercial MBA. · Ten years suitable experience in Sales in a similar sector. · Previous management experience. · Strong commercial/business acumen. · Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data. · Experience in Health sector and FMCG. · Proven leadership, with ability to articulate a vision and translate it into reality. · Good management skills
