Job Description : SALES HEAD SOUTH EAST ASIA Head of Sales, South East Asia (Personal Care, Household, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning) Job Summary Drive topline growth in Personal Care (PC); Household, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning (HI&I) industries in South East Asia countries. Manage internal and external account manager teams. Define sales strategy and take responsibility for business development. Job Responsibilities · Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Personal Care (PC); Household, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning (HI&I) industries in South East Asia countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos). · Drive accelerated and sustainable growth in line with business strategy and targets. · Review and structure the commercial organization to ensure effective utilization of the sales team. · Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources. · Manage assigned internal and external Account Manager teams. · Cooperate with Customer Service and Product Managers/Industry Market Managers and share best practices. · Contribute to product development projects. · Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding and optimizing pricing. · Other tasks as assigned from time to time YOUR PROFILE · Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical / Science or related fields. · At least 15 years’ experience in the field and operating at senior commercial leadership / director level for the last 3-5 years. · Deep knowledge of the Personal Care and HI&I markets and customers in the region. · Highly customer orientated and a recognized leader in value adding solution selling. · People management skill. · Fluent in English (verbal and written). · Effective communication and presentation skills to all level, including Senior Management. · Strong business/commercial acumen. · Strong analytical skill. · Strategic thinking and strategy development skill. · Good interpersonal skill. · Result driven and self-initiative.
