Job Description : Manager - Statutory Reporting & Tax INDUSTRY: Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi • Ensure compliance with all required tax legislation , • Manage the annual statutory audit process including preparation of statutory accounts • Deliver complete and accurate financial statements and maintain the statutory accounting ledger • Develop a deep business awareness to explain the story behind the numbers, including revenue models/transaction flows • Find and implement opportunities for process improvelpent in company tax procedures • Manage members of the tax team as they prepaie components of the company's tax return and other tax documents • Regular engagement and liaison across all areas of financial activity in the company and senior management in central functions such as Investor Relations and Cotporate Affairs Minimum Requirement: • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with a minimum 8 years of post qualified experience • Big 4 or Top 6 practice trained with industry (in-house) experience. Big 4 manager experience in audit is preferred • Able to lever a modern SAP platform to increase automation and insight. • Full proficiency in English, proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
