Job Description : SALES HEAD EAST AFRICA 15-20 years experience · As Head of Sales & Marketing the position will ensure that various blends of Fertilizers which are made are sold as per budgeted targets. · Develop new markets and products. · Ensure that the Branch network is properly monitored and targets are achieved. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should be minimum 15 yrs. experience in an Agro- inputs company dealing in sale of Fertilisers & Seed. The candidate will able to operate independently and should be result oriented. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Agri Business with an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Africa experience desirable.
