Job Description : MAINTAINANCE HEAD TANZANIA FOR FRUIT PROCESSING PLANT Job Responsibility : Preventive and Break down maintenance of Fruit processing equipment with aseptic sterilizer and filler, Tetra pak (TCA A1 and A3 Flex) lines. Maintenance of Utility equipments: Boiler, RO Plant, Air compressor, Refrigeration etc. Carrying on TPMS Responsible for all trouble shooting works corresponding to maintenance and Servicing of mechanical equipments besides planning and inspecting of all Machineries. Planning and implement the preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for Improving the overall reliability and safety. Troubleshooting of sudden breakdowns with the minimal downtime Monitor the planning schedule Responsible for all trouble shooting works corresponding to maintenance and Servicing of mechanical equipments besides planning and inspecting of all Machineries. Troubleshooting of sudden breakdowns with the minimal downtime Improving machine efficiency Spares indenting and Inventory control using Baan-IV, worktop and focus system Maximo. Hands on Experience of: TBA19 10V, 20V and 30V.& TBA22 A3 Speed, A3 flex & A3 compact flex and associated DE machines. TBA19 10V, 20V and 30V. TBA22, TBA 8. And associated DE machines. Qualification: Engineering Degree / Diploma with Electrical or Electronics engineering. The candidate must have minimum of 10 years of hands on experience in maintaining Fruit processing plants. The candidate should be able to handle processing equipments e.g. Pasteurizer, Aseptic filler, Decanter etc.
