General Manager

Job Description : General Manager (HR & IR) for a well-known company. Principal Accountabilities: · Lead the Factory HR, industrial relations & Labour Management, administration, compliance, Colony Management, Transportation Services and liasoning activity. · Liaison with government and non-government, professional, local bodies nearby community for effective functioning of the factory. · Property related issues; Property matters, major Land disputes and toll change management with Government/concerned Departments/bodies. · Liaising with govt. institutions like - ESIC, RPFC, Labour Dept., Industrial Health & Safety for smooth operations of the issues pertaining to legislations and compliances. · Overall supervision of various HR/HRD system & process as per unit requirement and as per corporate HR guidelines. Location: - Rajasthan. Experience: - At least 20-30 years of relevant work experience. Education: - MBA/MSW/MLM from a reputed institute. Industry type: - Manufacturing Industry. Age: - 43-53 years. Relevant Experience as similar profile, preference would be given to candidate dealing similar profile in a large manufacturing set-up.
