10 yearsJob Description : MARKETING MANAGER QATAR The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the business heads for the various business entities within the Group. With strong communication skills, creative and analytical expertise the role will include the following responsibilities: Responsibilities · Develop and implement marketing strategies after thorough research and analysis of market trends, demographics, pricing, competitor products etc · Prepare and oversee the marketing budget across all brands/services on a quarterly and annual basis. Develop cost-effective marketing plans for each brand or service with clear ROI · Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity (including developing & maintaining brand guidelines) · Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution · Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, design, performance analysis · Devise and execute strategies to drive online traffic to the company and sub division website. Produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts our target market. · Build strategic relationships and partner with freelancers, agencies and vendors · Manage the creative development of all marketing/sales collaterals · Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Qualifications · Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn · Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate · Solid knowledge of website analytics tools · Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets · A sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and a love for great copy · Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement · BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
