Construction Manager

Job Description : Construction Manager Required - Dubai Job Title: Construction Manager (offshore) - Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma with 20+ years’ experience on similar field. Job Summary: - Construction Manager has overall responsibility for construction and installation execution on project(offshore). - Must have handled/handling manpower of over 150 employees. Experienced/Involved in executing project with the value of US$ 50 million or above. - Experience in brown field project especially in Well head platforms, Piping modifications. RTU installations , - Offshore platform deck extension installations - Experience in Marine spread is mandatory. - Experience to Manage Mechanical Handling / Lifting / Scaffolding Works for Installation of Equipment’s in Offshore. - Previous experience with ADNOC Offshore is preferred. Accountable for: - All Project activities and resource management. - Running Construction Projects in well within schedule and Budget. - Meet the Clients requirements. - Accountable for accurately reporting service performance. - Preventing accidents and environmental incidents by taking proactive steps.
