Job Description : GM OPERATIONS AND FINANCE TANZANIA FOR LIME INDUSTRY The purpose of this role is to facilitate and oversee day to day operations as well as ground level coordination among the plant. Develop ground level coordination on dispatch within the logistics team, ensuring FIFO procedures are met, trucks are dispatched on time. · Oversee financing activities including cash purchase authorization, sales and collections, debtors outstanding as well as developing MIS for the company. · Monitor store and procurement needs as well as inventory oversight with the heads of department. · Facilitate coordination with the head of the plant to maintain safety standards as well as overall plant maintenance. · General oversight of plant operations, project operations as well as financial monitoring. Desired Candidate Profile CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 15 to 20 yrs experience in Lime Industry.
