Job Description : Head - Civil Construction ProjectsINDIA Responsibilities: • Oversee and Direct Construction Projects from Conception to Completion. • Review the Project in-Depth to Schedule Deliverables & Estimate Costs. • Oversee all Onsite & Offsite Constructions to Monitor Compliance with Building & Safety Regulations. • Coordinate & Direct Construction Workers & Subcontractors. • Select Tools, Materials & Equipment & Track Inventory. • Review the Work Progress on Daily Basis. • Prepare Internal & External Reports Pertaining to job Status. • Negotiate Terms of Agreements, Draft Contracts & Obtain Permits & licences. • Analyse, Manage & Mitigate risks. • Ensure Quality Construction Standards & the use of Proper Construction Techniques. Qualifications & Experience: • B.Tech Civil Engineering With About 15 years of Experience in any Chemical /API Pharmaceutical Organisation. • Proven working Experience in Construction Management. • Advanced Knowledge of Construction Management Processes, Means and Methods. • Expert knowledge of Building Products, Construction Details & Relevant Rules, Regulations & Quality Standards. • Ability to Plan & See the "Big Picture". • Excellent Time and Project Management Skills.
