Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER TANZANIA FOR STEEL manufacturing of steel bars, roofing sheets, steel tube pipes, chain links based at East Africa. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, maintain and execute a region/country wise plan 2. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with region wise plans 3. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans. 4. Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate CEO & Sales head meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. 5. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly. 6. Maintain sales volume, Product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. 7. Implement sales program country wise by developing field sales action plans. Qualification: B.E (Any Engineering)+ MBA Experience: 8+ years' experience into sale of steel bars, roofing sheets, chain link, steel tube pipes etc. Knowledge of BS Steel reinforcement Bar & Hollow section steel pipes will be preferable
