Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR UAE FOR SUPPLY CHAIN A leading company in UAE is looking to hire an Operations Director (Supply Chain) based in Dubai. Responsibilities: · Define Supply Chain strategy (Retail and E-Commerce) · Manage replenishment strategy · Manage ongoing improvement projects (logistics, warehouse) · Manage a team of 10-15 people Requirements: · Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Operations in Supply Chain (complex environment) · Experience in Retail, FMCG or Pharmaceutical is required · Experience in working on Projects · Strong operational skills in planning, compliance and logistics · A good understanding of SAP is a plus · Possess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team Desired Skills and Experience Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Operations in Supply Chain (complex environment) Experience in Retail, FMCG or Pharmaceutical is required Experience in working on Projects Strong operational skills in planning, compliance and logistics Good understanding of SAP is a plus Possess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team
