Job Description : REGIONAL DIRECTOR MIDDLE EAST FOR WILLIAM GRANT Develop and deliver the Regional Strategy by identifying the most attractive value pools and Route to Consumer opportunities, optimising the value of WG&S brands within them, seeking ways to gain competitive advantage and effectively prioritise resources. Responsible for implementing the strategy in markets through the WG&S Middle East team alongside a motivated network of third party distributors. Accountable for managing and controlling the regional P&L to ensure budget delivery, taking responsibility for the financial forecasting & 5-year planning. As a key member of the Africa, Middle East and ISC leadership team, you will lead, inspire and develop your team in line with the company values to maximise employee performance and engagement. Our Ideal Candidate You will have considerable commercial leadership experience with a proven track record of growing businesses and nurturing brands in the Middle East region. Results oriented with a “can do” attitude, you are culturally aware, able to adapt personal style as needed and you work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders (commercial, marketing, finance and supply chain teams).
