Job Description : ADMIN MANAGER GHANA is into manufacturing of Beverages, PET Bottles, Wooven Sacks, Storage Tanks etc based at Ghana. Key Responsibilities: Managing group stationery supplies to all users. Creating necessary forms, policies and budget to procurement of stationery items. Managing group IT Supplies including laptop, phones, printers, cables etc. Creating necessary forms, policies and budget to procurement of stationery items. Ensure user's accountability of IT Supplies while in use by users. Organization of meetings for managerial staff, managing venue (eg. conference room) and sending reminders for important meetings. Ensure invitee to the meetings. Managing expatriates staffs - a) Issuing Contract of employment to new staff and renewal of contract b) Advising new staff on procedures on arrival and arranging to pick up and drop off c) Introducing new staff to management and colleagues. Giving an induction to new staff so new staff becomes aware about the company functioning and organogram. d) Attention to medical needs of all staff members e) Fair allocation of apartments to achieve peace and harmony amongst staff, managing requirements of furniture and household items of expat staff. f) Distribution of Local allowance to the expat staffs g) Managing Cars and drivers for expat staff. Justify new requirements of vehicles to management and assist in getting approval and spending of CAPEX. h) Arranging and managing passport, Visa, PCCs, medical reports, permits etc. for expats. i) Managing staffs at the depot level j) upkeeping expat's apartments Coordinate request between branches of the Company. Request for generating emails and first hand assistance in accessing emails to new users. Manage overall users email on domain. Ensuring cleaning and hygiene of administrative offices including handling of cleaners of the office. Handling office infrastructure including air conditioners, tables, file cabinets, chairs etc. Handling security services for the entire group and monitoring CCTVs operations. Ensure necessary policies are in place. Managing third party contractors (including visiting engineers from foregin countries) visiting offices or factories. Arranging stay, pick up , drop off and food for all company guests and coordinating with guests to avoid any inconvenience. Preparing contracts with Customers and suppliers with support of legal dept. Writing of letters and official communication with different stakeholders. Managing factory scraps and ensuring accountability and revenue from factory scraps. Manage utility of the company including ECG, Water, telephone bill payments, fuel cards allocation, fixing of fuel limits based on requirements etc. Skill Set: 1. 7-12 Years' experience in manufacturing companies 2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field 3. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills 4. Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office 5. Proficiency in English Language
