Job Description : GM CONSTRUCTION DUBAI · Overseeing all aspects of operations including financial documents and contracts. · Evaluating company performance and identifying improvement opportunities. · Monitoring the implementation of corporate values. · Anticipate problems and propose methods for resolving them. · Develop strategic relationships required for corporate success. · Handling operational leadership to create and maintain synergy between teams. · Leading strategic management of overall administration and flagship projects handled by the company, and managing key projects and ensuring timely delivery. · Overseeing financial and executive activities related to the company's projects. · Handling contract administration and client negotiations. · Liaising with end clients ensuring satisfaction and retention. · Monitoring projects progress ensuring timely completion. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering · A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a 5+ years of working in a similar role. · Excellent managerial and leadership skills
