Civil Engineer

Job Description : CIVIL ENGINEER NIGERIA Arch / B.E (Civil Engineering) Should have over 10 years of experience of which, 3 to 4 years should be in role with responsibility of design (Drgs) aspects Commercial / housing projects/ Industrial sheds. He should be a 60% design (drgs) profile with 40% expertise in site management. Diploma holders with 15 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Must have handled projects of commercial / housing and Industrial Sheds. Exposure to West Africa will be an added advantage. This position is accountable for: End to end design (incl BOQ, BOM ) Knowledge of modern architectural design concepts • Design (AutoCad, incl 3D Drgs) aspects related to Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial and issues arising out of its project execution • Design Management software and technics Incl M S Office, M S Projects Staad Pro etc., • Preparation of Civil & Structural drawings incl Survey map, Topography, Land Profile, General arrangement drgs, Layouts, Master plans and material specs preparation. • Quantity Surveying process and technics incl. Cost estimates, Rate analysis, Comparative matrix, RFQ,BOQ,BOM, scrutinize/Certification of Valutions/Bills. • Knowledge in PEB.
