Project Director

Job Description : Project Director for an IT solution company in Dubai. Responsibilities: ·Critical in executing project initiatives, providing great internal customer/client support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement ·Manage project development and execution from initiation through closure Participate in the software development process using Agile and Scrum software development methodologies. Build project plans, determine scope and schedules. · Responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes · Work with the project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure projects are fully defined, and assist in developing any supporting documentation needed ·Clearly communicate expectations to project stakeholders ·Create, update, and maintain project plans and schedules to keep project teams aligned & maintain accurate project forecasts and statuses .Handle multiple projects along with the PMO team .Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of projects
