15 yearsJob Description : CFO SYDNEY AUSTRALIA Pierre Fabre is the 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world (With notably the brands AVENE and KLORANE) and the 2nd largest private French pharmaceutical group. About the role: Reporting to the Company’s Managing Director, you will be in charge of the following support functions: · Finance: Provide high quality corporate and local reports timely; provide a true and fair assessment of operations profitability and company financial health; protect created value and ensure operations are financially viable on the long term; · Supply Chain: Ensure products are delivered to promise and that the company provides an optimal service to both internal and external customers in a financially sensible manner; · HR: Ensure the Company has the right organisation, methods, rules and skillsets where it requires them; make sure that the company has the means to retain high potential employees; secure a safe and harmonious work environment; · Legal: Ensure the Company is trading in a safe and sustainable manner; · IT: Make sure the Company has the right tools to store, use and communicate effectively information in order to improve work efficiency; · Purchasing: Enforce best practices and group processes in order to optimise its supplies and costs. You will also directly support the Managing Director as well as other managers in decisions regarding the Company strategy to ensure a sustainable development of Pierre Fabre operations in Australia Skills and experience: · Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities · Proven people management, staff development and conflict resolution skills · Ability to synthetise, see the overall picture as well as being analytical & detail-oriented · Commercial Acumen, impeccable ethics, proactivity, team player · Good communication & interpersonal skills · Organisational and time management skills · Excellence in business/finance analysis, accounting, regulatory, tax & audit · Strong statistical, reporting and analytical skill · Vast exposure to supply chain, HR, legal, purchasing and commercial issues · Strong understanding of company IT tools and requirements · Successful experience in a multicultural and international environment, preferably in a group with foreign subsidiaries · ERP experience is a must (SAP or Dynamix highly regarded) as well as BI and reporting tools (Hyperion, HFM, Essbase highly regarded) · High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Impeccable written and spoken English, the ability to speak and write French is highly desirable · CA/CPA Qualified and Relevant Master’s degree or above · 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with ability to deal with both C-level (Senior Management) and operational stakeholders AUD175,000 + super.
