Experience: The candidate should have 15 years of work experience in the HVAC Industry . Roles and Responsibilities: · The candidate is responsible for Business Development, Inventory Management, Project Management, Service, and Breakdown in order to optimize revenue for the company. · Candidates have to manage the overall P&L of engineering department. · Candidates have to increase service revenue in the region. · Candidates must have experience in handling an engineering division for a minimum of 5 years with a proven track record. Experience in the MEA region is preferable · The candidate has working experience in sales & business development and operation of HVAC. · The candidate has Good knowledge of HVAC projects & services. · The candidate has Good Technical Knowledge and an excellent understanding of project costing · Candidates have good software knowledge like ERP, SAP, AutoCAD, Revit. Desired Candidate Profile · Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills. · Candidates have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Candidates must have skillful computer literacy in using office software. · Candidates must have excellent analysis & design skills.
