Operations Manager

Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER UAE The Operations Manager – UAE, is accountable for the accurate, safe, and on-time delivery of all orders. This spans the management of Trucks, Pilots, Depots (including product), and Planning & Optimization. Responsibilities · Ensuring Trucks remain deployable and minimizing non-productive time (NPT). · Ensuring all critical maintenance is completed and allocating resources to balance productivity and truck maintenance and upgrades. · Overseeing the fleet condition to maintain high image quality. · Proposing/support development of truck and Pilot forecast strategies · Overseeing the quality and performance of Pilots and setting improvement strategies to continually increase/improve performance. · Ensuring steady state of operation in the depot · Drive analysis on important decisions that inform key business initiatives and identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes and efficiencies · Work with the Operations team to solve the hardest problems impacting the customer experience and the overall business build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at an Emirate level · Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to drive business decisions · Collaborate with local teams, as well as marketing, product, and other function, to ensure that insight inform broader strategic initiatives · Manage a team of supervisors that directly reports to you, and manage hundreds of direct and indirect customers Skills · 15+ years experience of Operations Management / business intelligence / Oil and Gas / strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred. · You are willing to be proactive and in contact with our partners and have a creative mindset and enjoy solving practical issues, with a data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through analytical thinking · Exceptional communication and organization skills · A “driver” personality - biased toward action - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery · Exceptional Excel/data management skills. · Track record of successfully managing teams, with an interest in expanding management skills · Self-motivated work independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills · BA/BS from a high ranking university. · SQL Proficiency strongly preferred
