Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM GCC PHARMA Dubai based pharmaceutical firm, it is a part of a multinational company managing a diversified portfolio of business in trading and distribution, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare, present in +5 countries, with +5000 associates. For their Pharmaceutical and healthcare division, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager (GCC) with the following credentials. Introduce New products (distribution of imported products) to Clinics, Hospitals, pharmacies, and chain of pharmacies Take charge of existing and new sales and medical representatives under him Plan Field visits of med reps to customers on a daily basis to develop and increase the sales Plan and Monitor Field visit Doctors and pharmacists on a daily basis to introduce and promote the products Develop wholesales of pharmaceutical and other products held in a UAE pharmacies Travel to GCC countries and select distributors for our own agency products Launch new products in the UAE market and planning the marketing trick of new product launch Experience in UAE and GCC pharma (distribution/wholesales) industry for a minimum of 10 years Knowledge in Nutraceuticals products and prescription products and experience in promoting such products We are seeking candidates with at least 10-15 years of pharma distribution companies or Principal compaies experience with : Management skills to lead the team and timely reporting to management Has UAE driving license Experience in UAE and GCC pharma (distribution/wholesales) industry for minimum of 10 years Knowledge in Nutraceuticals products and prescription products and experience in promoting such products
