Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR DUBAI FMCG industry is looking for a Commercial Director - High-end Beauty to be based in UAE. Key Responsibilities: · Define the yearly strategic plan as well as distribution roadmap · Build strong and durable relationships with retail partners and distributors · Participate in Commercial negotiations · Formulate and communicate the performance objectives · Recruit, lead and develop the team Key Requirements: · At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with 4-5 years in a senior management role · Beauty/ Luxury Industry experience is required · Experience setting and implementing Commercial Strategy across the business · In-depth market knowledge across MEA (distribution, retail, customers) is a Must · Excellent communication in English, Arabic would be a plus Desired Skills and Experience Beauty/ Luxury Industry experience is required Experience setting and implementing Commercial Strategy across the business In-depth market knowledge across MEA (distribution, retail, customers) is a Must Excellent communication in English, Arabic would be a plus
