Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR QATAR a Qatari conglomerate with holding group interests spanning Real Estate, Construction and the Hospitality sector. Our client now seeks to recruit a Project Director / Senior Project Manager that will lead the overall direction and management of design and construction projects including the monitoring of projects to meet budget, program, contractual and design obligations as the Client’s Representative. Provide strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for·Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the following: Oversight of program implementation including project management, administration, reporting,·successful implementation of project activities. budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans and project Ensure the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required standard· Oversight of budget pipeline, development and budget monitoring. ·performance.
