Job Description : COO DUBAI A mid to large size diversified manufacturing group seeking an experienced CFO/COO who can operate within a versatile bandwidth ranging from strategy setting to rolling up his/her sleeve to implement change management. Ideal candidate will be highly driven with a track record of implementing an excellence culture throughout the organization, supported by a strong performance management regime and practices corporate governance framework. Other typical responsibilities to include overseeing Group’s financial, administrative, and risk management functions, working alongside other members of the executive management team to determine an overall direction for the Group. Strong banking and investment network along with corporate finance experience and deal making capabilities would be considered as a strong plus. This experience MUST be within the UAE.
