Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO UAE The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities · Strategic Planning of Operations management of the company. · Manage and oversee the performance and budget of projects and operations for all departments · Point of contracts of the Managing Director to report on all technical and operational activities. · Ensure all the department heads are fully aware of the strategic objectives of the division. · Establish and monitor performance-reporting system. · Coordinate with the Finance Team on financial performance of the company's operations including the refrigerant, industrial gases and future operational assets. · Identify the training and developmental priorities in conjunction with the management and ensure that staff are adequately skilled to meet the future requirements of the operation. · Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy · Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management or Business Administration or equivalent and Master's Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration preferred. · Minimum 10 years' of relevant experience in Operations Management in refrigerant and industrial gases · Preferably with experience in the GCC/Middle East · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role · Proficiency in English, other language desirable Benefits · Salary Range: 15,000/-aed to 20,000/-aed · Bonus · Family Insurance · Ticket for Family
