Job Description : GROUP CFO UAE The hiring company is a successful group of Retail company, based in Dubai with a focus on the trading of premium quality Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Baby Products, E-Commerce, and others Job Role: Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Lead and develop the Group’s financial strategies for increasing and maintaining total net revenue Raise capital and secure funds to meet the Group’s strategic growth plans Provide extensive analysis and due diligence, and recommend operational, commercial, and finances solutions Manage the capital request and budgeting processes of the group Enhanced the process of overall reporting requirements to meet the direction set/approved by the board of directors Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations Requirements: Open to INDIAN nationals Male, 48 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other equivalent discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role, preferably from retail or group of companies Thorough knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), standards and regulations In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections Knowledge and experience of related computer applications including advanced Excel skills Must be proficient in using ERP, Epicor, IFRS, SAP, and other accounting software’s Strong analytical and numerical skills
