Corporate Strategy Head

Job Description : CORPORATE STRATEGY HEAD MALAYSIA An exciting Head of Corporate Strategy job has become available at a diversified Malaysian public-listed company with international operations in Asia. About the Head of Corporate Strategy Role: Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be leading the the corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations activities. Key Responsibilities: · Leading the medium and long-term growth and strategy plan of the organisation · Identifying opportunities and initiatives of the company in collaboration with the business divisions · Collaborating with finance in optimising company's capital structure in cost of funds and maximising shareholder returns · Ensuring alignment of corporate strategy and business divisions strategic plans · Identifying, evaluating and executing growth opportunities through M&As, JVs and Partnerships · Leading Investor Relations activities and shareholder communications in ensuring optimum positioning of the company · Guiding, optimising and upscaling talents To succeed in this Head of Corporate Strategy role, you must possess at least 15 years' progressive work experience in the relevant field, preferably in a large and fast-paced company. You should be agile, adaptable and have the ability to manage various projects. Key Requirements: · Experience working in an Investment Firm or a Malaysian Public Listed Company is preferred · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance · Professional qualifications in the relevant field is an added advantage · Results and business oriented with strategic and operational skills · Strong analytical skills and has excellent communication skills in managing and influencing external and internal stakeholders across all seniority
