Vice President Finance and Operations

Job Description : VP FINANCE AND OPERATIONS PHILIPPINES you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team that supports the company’s daily reconciliations, break resolutions, account receivable processing and month-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities: · Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality · Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountability; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results · Develop high–performing teams and empower teams to act autonomously and holding them accountable · Manage multiple clients and comfortable working with tight deadlines To succeed in this role, your primary responsibility is to facilitate, support and motivate your employees in the finance space. Key Requirements: · Experience in a complex and dynamic banking and service delivery environment with relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting · Knowledge of IFRS-EU and preferably a CPA · At least five years’ experience in managing people · Proven track record in global operations and in a service delivery organisation of at least 10 years of total years of experience
