12 yearsJob Description : DISTRIBUTION MANAGER THAILAND FOR FMCG he role would be responsible for managing, developing, planning for new and existing channels and working with distributor partners for executing sales strategies and achieving all objectives including RNS, trade spend and excellent in-store execution in Thailand. The benefit of this role includes other allowances. Key Responsibilities: · Defines the overall sales strategy & business direction, explores business growth opportunities · Plan, approve and execute flawlessly nation-wide and ad-hoc key account promotion · NPD launch and other in-store operation. · Build develop strong business relationship with new & existing channels · Develop and assess marketing strategy for all channels to increase customer acquisition and retention · Evaluate information related to o sales, promotions, competition and market research · Distributor’s management · Able to work under pressure and strong in problem solving and solutions. To succeed in the Channel & Distributor Manager, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and co-operative with other related parties. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field, food product background would be advantageous · At least 12 years solid experiences in sales and business development · Leadership, analytical and presentation skill · Skillful in computer program i.e. Power point, Words and Excel · Fluent in English
