Job Description : SCM THAILAND FOR PHARMA An exciting Supply Chain Manager - Pharmaceutical (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the best global pharmaceutical company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, this is a role for a Supply Chain Manager who is expert and has demand planning and inventory management background in pharmaceutical industry. About The Supply Chain Manager - Pharmaceutical Role: In this role, you will be responsible to lead end to end supply chain activities for Thailand and other assigned markets. You will also govern S&OP process, meeting in each market and lead cross functional project team as needed to ensure all local projects are successfully completed on timely manager as per business requirements. The salary range for this role is competitive with fixed bonus, provident fund and medical insurance. Key Responsibilities: · Control day to day supply chain operations, inventory management, distributor management include inbound/outbound logistics to ensure that optimal distribution set-up on country level · Lead the forecasting process which includes the integration of historical sales trends, researching of demand drivers (competitive responses, trend, substitution effects, etc) · Pro-active coordination with forwarders, consignee, distributor to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of inbound shipments to warehouse · Work closely with local distributor/wholesaler to ensure required customer service level matches business expectations · Coordinate launch activities with functional teams such as commercial (Sales and Marketing), regulatory, quality and finance team · Responsible for monthly reconciliation of inventory between stock ageing report by distributor and internal planning system The successful Supply Chain Manager must have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Strong understanding and knowledge of international business and pharmaceutical GMP and GDP regulations. Manage change of orders and additional assigned tasks. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in logistics/ supply chain management / business administration or related field · At least ten year's experience of supply chain / logistics / inventory planning experience with five years of experience in a managerial position · Hands on experience in supply chain operations, sales & operations planning, materials management, logistics, warehouse / physical distribution, and customer order fulfilment · Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration cross-functional teams · Strong knowledge of the regulatory, legal, quality and financial dimensions and linkages to and with the planning organisation
