Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job Description : An exciting Warehouse and Logistics Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at imported fresh and frozen food company in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a role for a warehouse and logistics manager who has experiences in food warehousing and cold chain logistics and able to work six days a week. About the Warehouse and Logistics Manager Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for end-to-end process of warehouse and logistics management. You will also manage it to comply with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, etc. Key Responsibilities: · Manages all work activities in the distribution centre including warehouse, logistic, centralise kitchen, sales and office to meet customer requirement · Project management for control system in cold storage warehouse base on GMP & HACCP · Control the transportation and deliver product on time and control quality inspect · Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and cold storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes. · Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analysing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes · Planning Manpower control · Responsible warehouse and logistics department to manage 30 subordinates and controlled all efficiency · Manage truck and motorbike for delivery to customers (shopping mall, hotel, restaurant) · Coordinate with various related department · Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor To succeed in the Warehouse and Logistics Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field · At least 8 years of work experience in warehouse or logistics of food and beverage industry · Good communication skills, cooperation, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills · Experienced or have good knowledge of SAP, WMS, MS Office · Able to work six days a week
