Job Description : DIRECTOR F&B COST CONTROL SINGAPORE a well-respected and established player in the hospitality sector. As a result of continuous expansion plans, they are currently looking for an experienced leader in F&B operations and management to join their corporate head office in Singapore. Job Description This role will be leading the overall cost control function of the F&B business of this hospitality group. You will be responsible for the implementation of an effective cost management strategy by setting up a comprehensive monitoring, analytics and reporting framework for all the F&B outlets and restaurants in the group. You and your team will review closely the cost performance and provide revenue improvement or cost savings initiatives. You will partner closely with all the key stakeholders in the F&B business to drive cost control and efficiency through providing business insights and cost analytics that will achieve effective cost management. You will keep abreast of F&B market conditions and trends to ensure competitive edge. Leading the F&B cost control team, you will develop and coach them to build a high-performance culture. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidates we are looking for should have: Bachelor's Degree with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in the F&B/ hospitality/hotels industry Experience in culinary would be an added advantage Detail-oriented, resourceful, able to work under pressure and tight timelines Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of stakeholders
