Regional Operations Director

Job Description : REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a regionally recognised F&B brand. With its long-standing history, the company has established themselves to be a leader in developing successful franchise markets. They are currently introducing a Regional Operations Manager, Asia Central to drive operational excellence and to support their global franchise business in APAC. Job Description · Establish good relationship with franchisee to support and understand their challenges and needs in each market · Extensive experience to set up facilitate and scale Food Delivery channel or prior experience working with Food Aggregators · Develop operations standard to align and maintain excellence in quality and service standards for the restaurants · Conceptualise global initiative to improve operations capability and the competitiveness of the business · Perform market analysis and gather operations review and feedback to ensure maximum efficiency and seamless process · Working closely with cross functional teams to manage the franchise partner's activities execution and be the primary operations contact · Flexibility to travel when required (Subjected to market condition) The Successful Applicant · Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Business or other related field · Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and/or management consulting · Prior experience in F&B or QSR · Proven track record in regional franchisee management · Proven track record of covering APAC with cultural familiarity would be highly valued · Excellence in communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders · Understanding of food delivery channel, logistics, processes and restaurant processes
