10 yearsJob Description : GM - Finance & Accounts DELHI INDIA Qualification : CA Experience - 10-15 years post qualification of which at least 6 plus in Consolidation MUST BE ADEPT IN SAP and using BPC Job Description: Team Size - 6 No of entities to be consolidated - 100 + Consolidation of financials Closely interact with the auditors and resolve or escalate consol audit issues Initiate and drive implementation of common initiatives related to regulatory requirements across the Group such as Schedule VI changes, Companies Act 2013 requirements. Assign activities among team members for preparation of required financial information for Company Annual Report, Investors, Fund raising initiatives, etc. and Review the same to ensure accuracy and completeness Analysis of financials & Audit committee presentation Co-ordinate & monitor preparation of analysis of the financials and variance analysis for management review Implementation of IND AS Provide effective guidance and support to the IND AS implementation team by providing inputs on the existing GAAP accounting Provide guidance and support in preparing IND AS financials
