Job Description : HORECA SALES MANAGER KSA a leading is a leading distributor and supplier of a diverse collection of consumer goods and foodstuffs. Your Role: Representing one of the top market leading food and beverages providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and managing a portfolio of key accounts along with high margin products to drive profitability and growth. Targeting hotels, restaurants, café across Saudi, you will be responsible for all commercial activities of HORECA channels ensuring it maximizes all opportunities for profit and Volume generation. Sourcing the majority of your own leads you'll typically deal with marketing, sales and customer service management. You will be responsible for Customer meetings for agreements negotiations, reviews and marketing calendars and also for liaisoning with Business Units on New products, marketing and execution plans. Reporting to the National Sales Manager you need to able to operate at two levels...high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and drive changes to be more efficient and effective in the market. Must Haves: Experience in HORECA in Saudi market In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
