15 yearsJob Description : NATIONAL SALES HEAD NEW ZEALAND FOR CONSUMER ELECTRONICS a world-class electronics/telecommunication giant. Globally, it is a dynamic & progressive business with a strong reputation for quality & innovation. The Sales team in NZ ( 10/15 key account managers and account executives ) needs a National Sales Manager, reporting to the NZ MD. To strategize and implement new solutions that generate new revenue streams, increase profit and build market share within the Consumer Electronics Retail Sales business. Your success in this position will be measured by the development of scalable new business solution opportunities, which will make significant impact on the Company’s revenues, market share, product portfolio and industry leadership. You will identify impediments to sales and work cohesively with relevant department managers to develop and implement strategies eliminating those problems. You will manage key channels – hospitality TV, monitor, digital signage, security systems and other new solutions in order to make reference site in landmark space Besides being a passionate people manager, the best candidate will demonstrate an extensive sales knowledge of consumer electronics, and the ability to strengthen the relationship with distributors. You have successful track record in § Strategic Direction § Product/Price Adjustment § Market visibility § Staff Development § Business Development ( 10 years ) You have demonstrated extensive sales knowledge of consumer electronics industry , Technical knowledge and understanding of electronics products Proven track record in high achievement in sales and sales targets Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel Proven budget, accounting and reporting skills
