Job Description : India Recruitment Head. Will be responsible to oversee India's recruitment process in its entirety and make it a world-class recruitment engine. This includes designing, improving, and modifying the current procedures; designing, and implementing mechanisms for recruitment metrics; and supervising the recruitment team across India. Base location - Pune/Chennai.
