Job Description : VP BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT MUMBAI, INDIA a highly reputed Group of companies into Search & Selection / Business Transformation / HR Outsourcing / Sales Training and Allied Services The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): Responsible for all Business planning / operations Commercial, Legal, IT, Compliances related Operations and Shared Services for the Group; a) Operations Coordination with Overseas principals b) Project Management / Multiple Projects coordination c) Multiple Clients & Multiple Transactions d) Vendor Management e) Contracts Administration including intra company / intra SBU coordination f) MIS & Controls for multiple SBUs (10+) g) Group consolidation of Business Plans, coordination & controls h) Finance & Accounts, HR & Administration i) Funds mobilization, working capital and cash flow management for the group j) Systems and Processes, adherence and improvements k) IT / Database Management / Software driven process automation The Person (Candidate Details): a) Age : 52 to 55 yrs. b) Education : MBA / Inter CA / ICWA, Diploma in Computers preferred. c) Overall experience of 25+ years with minimum 5 years of working experience in multi-divisional, multi-location companies / Mid-Size / entrepreneur driven companies / Service Industries d) Multiple Projects coordination / Contract Administration e) Multiple Clients & Multiple Transactions f) Handled Finance, Accounts and Commercial activities g) Handled MIS & Controls, Business administration and funds management for multiple companies h) Tech Savvy - IT Management i) Strong leadership, communication skills & Multi-tasking abilities Work Experience: 30 - 35 yrs Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri (East) Salary & Perks: a) Fixed Compensation + performance linked incentives b) Long term engagement c) Independent working - in a group of companies - led by top professionals
