Job Description : COO NORTH INDIA FOR BUILDING MATERIALS 20-25 years experience We are looking to hire an exceptional Business Leader to manage one of our client's business that has multiple production facilities. - The successful candidate must delivering outstanding P&L / financial / fiscal planning and control. - Drive Sales & Marketing to increase top line and reduce Y-O-Y cost per production unit while increasing quality with Customer delight. - Closely monitor FACT (Finance, Accounting Costing & Taxation), Plant Operations, Supply chain, Administration, Continuous Process Improvement through Business Excellence. - Drive Lean Working, Inventory Management, Various committees, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Capex management, New business development, Design & Development of Green field projects from concept to setup and complete execution. Expertise & Critical Contributions : - Strategic Planning & Execution - Budget Planning, Development & Control - Cost Reductions with Quality Improvement - Staff Development & Turnover Reduction - Customer Value - Crisis & Turnaround Management - Operational & Financial Management - Continuous Process Improvement - Green field projects. - Diverse market / industry knowledge Dynamic Leader with successful stint in Operations and P&L management. We are looking for a candidate with a track record of turning around mid-sized and large companies through lean & Operational excellence. Managing multiple Plants across India and experience leading multiple technical and operational systems.
