Job Description : Shift Manager ( Moulding) Location : Sango Ota, Lagos , Nigeria Accomodation : Bachelor Accomodation will be provided inside campus Salary range : $ 1000 ~ $ 1200 + Naira 1,20,0000 local Joining :- Within 45 days of Interview Responsibilities: • Lead the overall activities of the molding department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and minor tool maintenance. • Achieve department performance objectives (scrap, downtime, productivity, continuous improvement) Job Requirements • 8 plus years of experience & operations management of a Plastic Moulding unit using following type& make of machines: o Injection Moulding o Extrusion Blow moulding , Uniloy – Ferromatik, Multi parison. o Injection Blow Moulding o Injection Stretch blow , ISBM , ASB Nissie •Operations experience and 5 years supervisory experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent. • Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles including managing teams of people • Experienced working in a ISO 9001 , Lean environment; Embraces continuous improvement. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus • Plastic Processing qualification is required.
