More recently, they have received Private Equity investment and is presented with an opportunity for exponential growth. We are seeking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the growth of this organisation through their next phase of organic growth and acquisition. The ideal appointee would be a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and an individual who can be the face of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: · Working with the Board in the development of strategic plan and vision. · Leading the management team, setting the direction, driving pace, and empowering the workforce · Preparing and implementing a sales and business development strategy aimed at delivering profitable sales performance · Developing a meaningful metric-based performance and reporting system which focusses on the key success factors of the business: 1. Top line sales growth 2. Operational effectiveness 3. Customer service performance 4. Penetration of new products The successful candidate will be experienced in generating top line sales growth driven through existing and new clients, penetration of products directly to the customer, and working directly with end user engineering and design teams. Candidates who have demonstrated experience in successfully driving growth in similar industries will be considered.
