Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Manager to be responsible for maximizing sales of our automotive department within the territories of Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somaliland, Somalia and South Sudan through planning and implementing sales strategies in line with annual targets. Job Type – Full-time Location – Dubai, UAE Reporting to – CEO Salary – AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 Responsibilities · Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales teams. · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base. · Owns objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. · Train salespeople on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance. · Identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. · Generating and presenting quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts. · Knowledge of inventory control, management and technical expertise. · Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. · Demonstrated ability to communicate and represent credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization. · Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. · Strong business sense and industry expertise. Requirements · Degree in Business Administration and/or a related field. · Successful previous experience (minimum 8-10 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within the field of automotive sales. · Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals. · Outgoing and service-oriented attitude. · Position is based in Dubai however frequent travel is required.
