Job Description : Construction And Civil Maintenance Manager. Job Location : Nigeria Exp - 10 + years Should have over 10 years of experience of which, 3 to 4 years should be in role with responsibility of design (Drgs) aspects Commercial / housing projects/ Industrial sheds. He should be a 60% design (drgs) profile with 40% expertise in site management. Must have handled projects of commercial / housing and Industrial Sheds. Exposure to West Africa will be an added advantage. Qualification : B Arch / B.E (Civil Engineering) Diploma holders with 15 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Required Technical skills and experience: Knowledge of modern architectural design concepts Design (AutoCad, incl 3D Drgs) aspects related to Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial and issues arising out of its project execution Design Management software and technics Incl M S Office, M S Projects Staad Pro etc., Note :This is bachelor status position
